Summer 2017

Assisted the Deputy Communications Director and the Communications Director daily to provide research updates on issues relating to the AG’s office.
Wrote and edited Consumer Alerts published on AG’s website, local newspapers and websites, and other media outlets.
Composed and revised Press Releases that were featured by local media.
Interacted with local consumers and different state officials.
Given special projects by the Communications Director and Chief of Staff.
Sent daily news updates to Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge and her staff.
Researched and aided in the kick start of the Prescription4Life prescription drug abuse program.

Utilized in-house Java Tools to verify fraud and harassment data in order to protect customers.
Assisted a group of national law firms to provide evidence to prosecute violators of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other statutes related to telephone harassment.
Interacted with executives of First Orion to update information, tools, procedures and trends.
Researched public phone data to build evidence against possible offenders.
Dealt with verification components to Big Data assets.

Elected to serve as a non-biased member of my sororities' representative panel.
Attended, facilitated, and voted on all formal hearings and allegation assessments.
Kept a pulse of the chapter and initiate positive programming.
Served as the connecting voice for members to elected members and our advisors.

Ran all social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
On Instagram, posted 4-5 times a week, kept updated stories, ran social media campaigns for events, awards and activities, polished the aesthetic and engaged with Delta Gamma Nationals, other chapters and organizations on campus.
Increased following on Instagram 112%.
In charge of social media when our Chapter won most outstanding chapter in the nation.
Maintained the Chapter website which included updating photos, member positions and schedules.
Created videos, infographics, and logos for the chapter for events and general usage.
